Pricing must be agreed before hand, if not I will charge based on my standard ratesPayment is generally due on the completion of the first draft.
Recurring commission payment can be done Monthly or Bi Weekly (or on another schedule that we have discussed prior)
Please let me know before hand what payment schedule you choose.All sales are final and non refundable. Initiating a chargeback not in accordance with these terms is a invalid and a violation.I have the right to decline your commission for any reason whatsoever. I will finish your video once started. If for any reason I cannot fulfill my services, you will be refunded and I will help you find a suitable replacement as well as transfer over any progress I have made on your projectOnce you have commissioned me and I have started work on your project, you may not cancel.Shorts over 1 minute will be subject to an extra charge
Long Form Videos are 8 - 12 minutes long, any longer is also subject to additional chargeFor shorts editing, Footage and assets must be provided to me. VOD scrubbing/Clip finding will NOT be providedFor Long Form Editing, Footage over 4 hours may be subject to a $15/hour VOD/scrubbing feeYou are eligible for a discount on late projects, if a project is significantly late I may increase the discount (based on my own discretion)
$50 discount on Long Form Videos
$5 discount on Short Form Videos
15% Other types commissionsPayment will only be done through PayPal Invoices in the currency of USD. I may be open to other payment methods (must be discussed)Once you have received a draft, please have the ENTIRE project/video reviewed. I provide 2 sets of FREE revisions. Each set of revisions after is $5. Any revisions about something present in a past draft that you did not comment about earlier may be subject to an additional $5 charge (example, you are reviewing draft 5 and you want a picture swapped out that has been present since draft 1, you've had 4 revisions to comment on it but only decided to mention something at draft 5)(1 set of revisions = comments, suggestions and changes requested to the draft of the commissioned video/project. Once I have sent you another draft, any comments made will count to a new set of revisions)Re editing of my work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (unless discussed) If you would like something changed or added, let me know.
